After hibernating in black and grey all winter, only wearing bright reds for TV appearances, I have finally succumbed to spring and have fallen in love with an ivory and grey bordered, Chesca wrap dress!
To make the most of this flattering gown I have put a bit of work into my make up. The dress has a dramatic feel to it so I have changed my eye shadow to the darkest shade of anthracite I could find and I have begun to curl my eye-lashes EVERY DAY. When you are 104 it really makes a difference) Shu umura and Revlon do the best.
To make my eyes look bigger I brush powder highlighter (I like Laura Geller) at the outer end of each eye. These little touches do add drama, especially as I intend to wear this dress for a wedding. Not only does it look great with a chic cream hat, it will look fresh all day as it doesn't crease. I can see this dress becoming a classic staple for smart events!
What are you doing for spring? A lash curling session with me for the best answer!
