Add Swap Protect when placing your order. The protection amount is calculated based on your basket total. If you do not wish to protect your parcel, you can simply remove it at checkout.

02. Track Your Parcel

Once your order is on its way, you can follow its journey. If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be found, or if it appears to be lost, Swap Protect is there to help.

03. Make a Claim

Should you need assistance, visit the claims portal, enter your details and follow the simple steps for a quick and straightforward resolution.

Swap Protect

How do I add Swap Protect to my order?

Swap Protect can be added to your basket at checkout. If you would prefer not to protect your shipment, simply remove it from your basket before completing your order.

How long do I have to make a claim?

If your shipment is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please allow 3 days before submitting your claim.

For parcels presumed to be lost, where the tracking status is not “Delivered”, please allow 5 days from the last tracking update before making your claim.

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of placing your order on our website.

I added Swap Protect by mistake. What should I do?

No problem at all. You can remove Swap Protect from your cart at any time during checkout. If you have already placed your order and added Swap Protect by mistake, please contact us through our contact page before your order has been despatched.

How is my Swap Protect rate calculated?

Swap Protect starts from a minimum of £3 per protected order. For baskets over £100, the protection rate is calculated in increasing increments, at approximately 3% of your basket total.

I need to make a claim. What do I do?

Please visit our claims portal and have your order number and email address ready. You will be asked to enter your details and follow the simple steps to submit your claim to the Swap Protect team.

What happens after my claim is submitted?

Once your claim has been submitted through the portal, Swap Protect will review it. You will then be contacted with the outcome and next steps within 48 hours.

Can my claim be rejected?

Although this is unlikely, Swap Protect may reject a claim if it falls outside the claim window or if there is reason to believe the service is being used improperly. For full terms and conditions, please click here.

What does carbon neutral shipping mean?

Each time you protect your shipment with Swap Protect, the CO2 generated by the logistics of shipping your order is offset through tree planting.

Does Swap Protect cover my return postage fee?

Swap Protect provides protection if your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged during transit.

It does not cover the cost of returning an item to us. The cost of generating a postage label through our returns portal remains the responsibility of the customer.
