Delivery Policy

Expect delivery of your order 5 working days after your date of purchase. Please allow 5-10 working days during sale or busy periods.

However many items you buy you'll simply pay a flat fee of £6.50. We offer free delivery on all purchases over £150 to UK mainland. If you provide your email address when making your purchase, we'll send you a tracking number once your order leaves us, so you can track its journey. You'll need to sign for your delivery. We deliver using Royal Mail when sending to United Kingdom.

If you are not at home when your order is delivered, then your package will be passed on to a local Royal Mail collection office for 1 week.

All purchases must be returned in original condition unmarked and unscented. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. We reserve the right to refuse any returned good if the item has been worn or is returned after 14 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights. We do not accept returns of Earrings for hygiene reasons and only accept swimwear returns if the hypo-allergenic liner is still intact.
