However many items you buy you'll simply pay a flat fee of £6.50. We offer free delivery on all purchases over £150 to UK mainland. If you provide your email address when making your purchase, we'll send you a tracking number once your order leaves us, so you can track its journey. You'll need to sign for your delivery. We deliver using Royal Mail when sending to United Kingdom.
If you are not at home when your order is delivered, then your package will be passed on to a local Royal Mail collection office for 1 week.

We hope that you are pleased with your new items; if you’re not entirely satisfied simply return the item in the condition supplied with your order summary or receipt, within 14 working days of receiving your delivery.

Please fill in the form that you received with your order, then apply the free returns label to your returns parcel and post the package at your Post Office. We strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the Post Office until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
All purchases must be returned in original condition unmarked and unscented. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. We reserve the right to refuse any returned good if the item has been worn or is returned after 14 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed.
We do not accept returns of Earrings for hygiene reasons and only accept swimwear returns if the hypo-allergenic liner is still intact.
